Message from the Chief Executive to all Service Users, families and staff.

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

As you know, our services and our organisation here at Carriglea Cairde continues to develop at great pace as we strive to meet the needs of our services users in challenging times.

Our service has a long and rich history and we can be proud of all that has been achieved so far. Now we want to look to the future and see what we need to do now and in coming years to deliver the best service possible.

The first stage of this planning process is a review of how we deliver services at present, to identify positive aspects, any concerns, and suggestions for improvement.

We have asked a facilitator, Valerie Judge, to help us in collecting views and she has set up an on-line suggestions box where you can give your views on a confidential basis. Valerie will bring all the views and suggestions together in one report so no one individual will be identified.

The final Strategy will set out a road map to achieving objectives identified from your suggestions. Of course it may not be possible to include all suggestions within the timeframe, in which case the Board will consider what alternative actions may be necessary to progress these.

I encourage everyone to get involved in this process, and I look forward to hearing the feedback.
